As a new parent, my initial goal was to provide the best for my children and ensure their happiness and success. However, the reality of parenting quickly became overwhelming and frustrating, leaving me unsure of how to effectively raise my kids. I tried various methods to get them to cooperate, but it often resulted in more punishment and resentment on my part. Growing up in a chaotic and traumatic family environment, with a single teenage mother who moved us around often, I knew I needed a different approach that was kinder but still held them accountable for their actions.

I discovered the power of positive parenting and life coaching as a means to achieve this. By focusing on my own thoughts and emotions through coaching, I was able to gain valuable tools to help my children thrive while remaining calm and loving. The trauma of my own fertility challenges, including postpartum heart failure, was still fresh when I started to truly invest in healing and in helping others who have been faced with trauma as I have. I began learning about energy work and therapy modalities like Reiki and clinical therapies. I discovered along the way that many of my friends and loved ones were also struggling with similar issues, and it became my goal to help all parents feel like their struggles are normal and can be navigated and processed in a healthy way.

My mission is to assist others who have also been affected by trauma to find their own paths of healing while continuing my own journey of self-discovery. As a parenting coach, I use my own experiences and knowledge to guide parents through their own struggles and challenges. I help them understand the impact of trauma on their parenting and provide them with tools and strategies to create a positive and nurturing environment for their children. I am dedicated to helping parents heal and grow, so they can raise happy and successful children.
